Besides working as birth support professionals, we are parents. We have worked with a lot of families, and we are raising our own children.
Of the many things these experiences have taught us, the most important is that family is foundational.
Our families form the building blocks of what we know about the world and what we believe about ourselves.
That’s why we want to help equip you to build a strong foundation, and strengthen your confidence in your ability to handle the challenges ahead.

At our very core, we believe pregnancy and parenting are best with the help and support of friends & close community. We provide ways for our clients to meet other families and connect with resources around them.
Our Family First team believes in cooperation over competition. We share ideas, information, and encouragement to help each other grow and learn. We communicate regularly and build each other up as we develop our professional skills. We build strong relationships and trusted referral networks with health care providers and other local businesses.
We support better birth options for families worldwide
We believe every family deserves the right to quality, equitable, and respectful care in childbirth. We recognize that there are disparities in access to this right in our country and around the world. We commit to providing the same compassionate, non-judgmental care to all clients who come our way.
As well, we donate to organizations that help improve birth outcomes. By hiring us, you join in this local and worldwide effort. We make an annual donation to Every Mother Counts.
